We are seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist (Level 2) to resolve complex IT issues and support the deployment of advanced technologies. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues. Configure and test software, drivers, and devices (PCs, laptops, printers, smartphones) using MECM. Ensure compatibility with standard IT configurations. Create technical documentation and user guides in English and French. Evaluate and benchmark software solutions. Maintain and update PC configurations, following ITIL best practices. Requirements: Fluency in English and French. 5+ years' experience with ServiceNow.
