Your responsibilities:Monitoring the Customer due diligence system:by reviewing the daily automatic screening hits (PEPs, sanctions, news, etc.);by monitoring customers' files;Reviewing and updating the database(s) on a regular basis and ensuring necessary amendments;Setting-up the KYC client folders and keeping them up-to-date according to the information/documentation received from the Compliance Officer or Corporate Officer in charge of the client;Compiling the CSSF publications, doing the follow-up and dispatching them to the Partners and the Directors on a need-to-know basis;Assisting in Auditor's and CSSF requests;Dealing with other administrative tasks upon request of the Compliance Officer.Your profile:Bachelor degree in Law, Economics or Finance;A first experience of 1 to 2 years ...
